Pure Primary Wellness is a membership practice. You pay a flat monthly fee directly to us, and in return you get unlimited appointments — in person or virtual — for as long as you are a member. There is no copay at the desk and no bill in the mail three weeks later.
It also means we are not counting your minutes. A visit lasts as long as the conversation needs to last, whether that is a sore shoulder, a hormone panel, or a question you have been putting off asking anybody.

Liz Anderson studied psychology at Adelphi University, then physical therapy, then spent a decade in orthopedics and rehabilitation before completing her Physician Assistant studies at Touro College in 2004.
What followed was twenty years across an unusually wide range of medicine. She opened Pure Primary Wellness & Aesthetics in 2023 so she could practice the way she had always wanted to — listening first, deciding with the patient rather than at them.
