Membership medicine only works if the person on the other end is worth having unlimited access to. Liz Anderson has practiced for more than twenty years across gynecology, orthopedics, pain management, mental health, weight loss, hormone replacement, aesthetics, and neurology with a focus on stroke and sleep medicine.
She studied psychology at Adelphi University, then physical therapy, then spent a decade in orthopedics and rehabilitation before completing her Physician Assistant studies at Touro College in 2004. She opened Pure Primary Wellness & Aesthetics in 2023.

Is this insurance?
No. Membership is not insurance and does not replace it. It is a direct arrangement with the practice that covers your access to care here — appointments, the app, discounted medications and wholesale labs.
Can I come once without joining?
Yes. A one-time care visit is $120. Sports physicals are $65 and a drug urine screening is $40, with no membership required.
Do I need a membership for Botox or filler?
No. Aesthetic treatments are available to anyone. Members simply pay member rates — $12 a unit for Botox instead of $14, for example.
What does "unlimited" really mean?
