Liz Anderson began in psychology at Adelphi University in 1992, went on to study physical therapy, and spent a decade in orthopedics and rehabilitation before completing her Physician Assistant studies at Touro College in 2004.
The twenty years since have been unusually broad — gynecology, orthopedics, pain management, mental health, weight loss, hormone replacement, aesthetics, and neurology with a focus on stroke and sleep medicine. It is the kind of range that only comes from actually doing the work, and it means very little has to be referred out before it has been properly looked at.
She opened Pure Primary Wellness & Aesthetics in 2023 on a membership model for one reason: it is the only structure that pays her to spend time with you rather than to move you along. A proud mother and fitness advocate, she practices what she asks of her patients.
